Our Webinar leader,
Glenn Weilbacher, is the founder of GAW Associates, Inc, a full service
Internet Marketing Agency that has specialized in Internet real estate
marketing since 1998. Since founding the company Glenn has trained and
supervised the company staff as well as being the lead person in the
relations with clients. A business owner since 1974, Glenn established GAW
with the same foundation on which all his businesses were built, superior
customer service. With GAW he perceived that the success of the business
would be based upon the success of the clients. Among the early goals was a
commitment to build long term client relationships and today GAW is still
working with clients who first signed on in 1998 and 1999. Over this time some of
these clients have chosen to focus exclusively on the Internet as their marketing
medium and they have joined an elite group of Realtors who are dominating
their local markets. The typical Realtor in this group is closing 40 to 60
transactions annually and earning $200,000 to $400,000.
Over the years the
emphasis on the success of our clients has been the driving factor in the
expansion of our client relationships. The early goals were to
achieve volume visitor traffic and a high conversion rate to leads. As we
achieved these goals we then refined the web sites to attract a larger
percentage of up scale and luxury home buyers. At the same time we were
working on a methodology to deal with the volume of leads and the unique
behavior of the Internet home buyer. Today our Realtor clients have
progressively worked less and made more. Our continued success is still
measured by the achievements of our clients.
