Targeting Niche Markets Every market has niche markets within it. These niches within your area market may be a type of property such as luxury homes, waterfront homes, vacation homes or horse properties. Or, they may be a geographical location defined by a sub-division, town or village. Almost every general market area has these niches. You can create separate pages within your website that address them. Some Realtors have created separate websites that are specific to a individual niche market. Create the pages with photos and narrative content specific to these areas. On your home page place a bold title and link to the pages. You might include a photo on the home page if this best illustrates the page content. A photo of a beautiful luxury home, of a horse farm or of a beach property are good examples. On your inquiry form you should list these niche markets as choices that a home buyer might select. You can also create links to pre-set MLS searches for these homes. You will find that incorporating this concept into your web marketing will produce a better quality lead for you.
