The Successful Marketing Campaign |
Attract the Upscale and Luxury Home Buyer Your home page is the first page that most of your visitors see. When a home buyer clicks into the page you have about five seconds to attract their attention and keep them in your website. So, what they see, starting at the top of the page has to be material that interests them. If you think of this home buyer as if he is a consumer entering a store with the intent of buying something you can visualize his thoughts. If he sees photos and a brief narrative content that relates to the type of home he is looking for, he will stay on your home page and continue to read. The upscale and luxury home buyers are looking for a website that has content relating to the type of home and the neighborhood they are looking for. If your home page shows photos of upscale and luxury homes they stop and look. Then, if there is narrative content about these types of properties and an indication that the website has yet more information about these homes, you will have captured this buyer. With your content established in this way you want to follow through with an information request form that continues to relate with this type of buyer. Ideally, you should offer this prospect the ability to view home listings in your MLS and if it is possible, create pre-set searches of upscale and luxury homes. We have been doing this for years and it works. Our clients have significantly increased their average transaction value by directing their website message at these buyers. |
